◆Sculpture
From the 1989 film "Godzilla vs. Biollante," the bio-monster "Biollante" makes its appearance. It has been sculpted in a large size that captures the same imposing presence as in the film. The prototype was created by Fuyuki Shinada, who created the Biollante suit used for filming at the time. The figure faithfully reproduces the image from the film, from plant-like details to animalistic head and fangs.
◆Coloring
The entire figure is based on a poster paint-inspired color scheme, with added brushwork in various places to simulate lighting. The coloring is designed to look even better on screen. In addition to recreating the poster colors, some details have been colored to evoke the fierce battle scene in Wakasa Bay.
By applying glossy paint to various parts, the effect of being wet is recreated.
◆ moveable
Despite its large size, the figure incorporates movable mechanisms in various places, allowing for the recreation of a variety of poses characteristic of "Biollante" from the film. Ball joints are used in each of the four vine parts, and their flexible movement allows for the creation of poses that mimic the winding, twisting vines seen in the movie.
◆Gimmick
The chest features a light-up gimmick. By switching the switch on the bottom of the unit, you can enjoy red and orange light-up effects.
